All orders are pre-orders and will be delivered to us first before being sent to you. We do this to enure the quality of each bundle before sending it out to you! We want to make sure you only receive the best quality hair extensions!

The processing times vary depending on the product you order, as outlined below:

• 4-5 working days

Pre-coloured hair extensions - Collection

• 7-9 working days

Vietnamese and Indian Natural Straight Orders - Collection

• 10-14 working days

Vietnamese and Indian Curly Texture Orders - Collection

• 11-15 working days

Virgin Hair Orders - Home Delivery

• 5-7 working days

Pre-coloured hair extensions - Home delivery

• 9-11 working days

Vietnamese and Indian Natural Straight Orders - Home Delivery

Minimum order requirement of 3 bundles.

Orders that do not meet the minimum purchase requirements will unfortunately be cancelled.
